VARI*LITE

I have been working alongside and communicating with Vari*Lite for some time. Vari*Lite being one of my all-time favourite brands of stage luminaire, their recent developments in innovation have impressed me no end. During my time working for The Crescent Theatre in Birmingham, I reached out to these lighting giants and as a result, the theatre has a variety of intelligent stage luminaires it could only dream of prior due to the lack of funding. Furthermore, Vari*Lite took an interest in me specifically, offering a trial of the new VL5 LED Wash for my design of 'Our moment in time' (click the button below for information on that production).
However, as part of that, I hosted live demos for local techs, students and creatives alike for a two-day period to demonstrate the VL5 LED in an event-type setting. Below, see a video of yours truly busking live with these fantastic luminaires.

In addition, I have been invited to Varilite events as a visiting freelancer such as a private VariLite BBQ and demos. More images of this are available below.

You will also find the 'Legacy Project' button which involves taking a variety of ex-demo units, repairing them and donating the units to The Crescent Theatre in Birmingham. Here you will also find four demo videos of the SL300fx in action that I produced.
